A fruity party punch of orange, apple and pineapple juice with pomegranate and rum.
A proper rum punch in the old style, built around Trinidad 8-Year-Old rum with lime, orange, apple and pineapple juices, a pomegranate syrup and a couple of dashes of Angostura bitters. For anyone who wants the full effect, a lime half filled with overproof rum can be floated on top and carefully set alight before serving.

Ingredients
- 50ml Trinidad 8-Year-Old
- 25ml Lime Juice
- 50ml Orange Juice
- 50ml Apple Juice
- 50ml Pineapple Juice
- 15ml Pomegranate Syrup
- 2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
Method
- Add the rum, lime juice, orange juice, apple juice, pineapple juice, pomegranate syrup and Angostura bitters to a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Shake hard and strain into a tiki mug over cubed ice.
- Garnish with a mint sprig and an orange wheel.
- For a dramatic finish, float a lime half filled with overproof rum on top and carefully set it alight with a match in a controlled environment.
