Cucumber chunks are layered through the ice in a highball glass before 1731 rum, dry vermouth, lime juice, sugar syrup, pear juice and a dash of Angostura go in on top, shaken and strained over them. A lime wheel and a cucumber ribbon on top keep the fresh, garden-forward theme going.
