Arcane Mauritian Rum, chocolate liqueur, a homemade strawberry syrup, cream and milk are shaken together and fine strained into a coupe for something that drinks more like dessert than a cocktail. A dusting of cocoa powder on top ties the Turkish delight theme together nicely.

Ingredients
- 35ml Arcane Mauritian Rum
- 15ml Chocolate Liqueur
- 20ml Homemade Strawberry Syrup*
- 20ml Single Cream
- 20ml Milk
Method
- Add the rum, chocolate liqueur, strawberry syrup, single cream and milk to a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Shake hard and fine strain into a coupe glass.
- Garnish with a dusting of cocoa powder.
