Labourdonnais RAPH (Dodo of Mauritius) Dark Rum is a dark rum from Mauritius, bottled at 40% ABV.
The Labourdonnais distillery celebrates Mauritius’s extinct national bird, the dodo, with this agricole rum. It is distilled from pure sugar cane juice, aged for five years in Cognac barrels in Mauritius and filled into a ceramic bottle shaped like the head of a dodo.
