Dark Rum
Dark rum is the deeper, fuller end of the range. There’s no legal definition of ‘dark’, so the label is used for rums that are richer in colour and character through long oak ageing, heavier distillates, added colour, or a mix of all three. It takes in everything from everyday dark rums to old, single-cask and cask-strength bottlings.
