Raspberry jam and strawberry liqueur make a fruity, fizzy rum sipper.
Belizean Blue Signature Rum, strawberry liqueur and a spoonful of raspberry jam are stirred together over ice until the jam dissolves, then topped with soda water for something fruity and fizzy. A dried lemon wheel is all it needs to finish.

Ingredients
- 40ml Belizean Blue Signature Rum
- 5ml Strawberry Liqueur
- 1 Bar Spoon Raspberry Jam
- Top Soda Water
Method
- Add the rum, strawberry liqueur and raspberry jam to a highball glass over cubed ice, and stir well to help dissolve the jam.
- Top with soda water and stir gently to combine.
- Garnish with a dried lemon wheel.
