Ron Colón rum, orange liqueur and lemon juice are topped with a Gunner mix (ginger, lime and Angostura) for something long and citrus-forward. Orange and lemon wedges pulled through the drink with a bar spoon add extra flavour as you work your way down the glass.

Ingredients
- 40ml Ron Colón Rum
- 10ml Orange Liqueur
- 10ml Lemon Juice
- 75ml Gunner; Ginger, Lime & Angostura Mix
Method
- Add the rum, orange liqueur and lemon juice to a highball glass over cubed ice.
- Top with the Gunner mix and stir gently to combine.
- Add orange and lemon wedges, pulling them through the drink with a bar spoon.
- Garnish with a dried orange wheel.
