Diamond (Port Mourant Still) 11 Year Old (That Boutique-y Rum Company) Dark Rum is a dark rum from Guyana, bottled at 56.4% ABV, with an age statement of 11 years.
It was produced at the Diamond Distillery in Guyana using the distillery’s wooden Port Mourant still, which began life at the Port Mourant Distillery, then moved to Uitvlugt and then to Diamond. Batch 2 is a release of 710 bottles.
