Enmore (Versailles Still) 27 Year Old (That Boutique-y Rum Company) Dark Rum is a dark rum from Guyana, bottled at 51.2% ABV, with an age statement of 27 years.
It is a rum from the long-closed Enmore distillery in Guyana, bottled independently by That Boutique-y Rum Company. It was produced using the Versailles single wooden pot still during its brief stay at Enmore, before the still moved to the Diamond distillery. Batch 1 is a release of 413 bottles.
