A rum spin on the classic Mint Julep, built in a julep tin with Trinidad 8-Year-Old rum, sugar syrup, lime juice and a handful of mint, churned with crushed ice until the tin frosts over. Capped with more crushed ice and a few extra mint sprigs, it’s built to be sipped slowly.

Ingredients
- 50ml Trinidad 8-Year-Old
- 30ml Sugar Syrup (1:1 Ratio)
- 20ml Lime Juice
- Handful Of Mint Leaves
Method
- Add the rum, sugar syrup, lime juice and mint leaves to a julep tin filled with crushed ice.
- Churn with a bar spoon until the tin frosts.
- Cap with more crushed ice and garnish with mint sprigs.
