Product Description
Saison Rum 5 Year Old Barbados – Triple Cask Dark Rum is a dark rum from Barbados, bottled at 46% ABV, with an age statement of 5 years.
It is part of the Saison Rum collection from Jerome and Lilian Tessendier. A blend of molasses-based pot still rum and sugarcane-based column still rum from Barbados was matured in American white oak casks on the island for three years. It was then shipped to France, blended using skills from Cognac production and rested in French oak barrels. It is bottled unsweetened.
