Product Description
Saison Rum Sherry Cask Dark Rum is a dark rum from Barbados, bottled at 42% ABV.
It is made by the Tessendier brothers, whose family has produced Cognac for four generations. It blends rum from Barbados and Trinidad, each matured in bourbon barrels in its native climate for five years, then married for 12 months in Cognac barrels in Charente. Finally the rum spends three months in Pedro Ximenez sherry casks.
