Rum liqueurs are sweetened, flavoured spirits with rum as their base. The range here runs from cream and coconut liqueurs to coffee, fruit, falernum and spiced styles. They’re usually lower in strength than straight rum, and they’re used both in cocktails and on their own over ice.
