White Rum
White rum is the clear end of the rum range. It’s usually unaged or only lightly aged, then filtered for clarity, which gives a cleaner, lighter spirit. It’s the traditional base for the Daiquiri and the Mojito, and it’s just as good in a long drink. You’ll also see it sold as silver, light or blanco.
